Job summary

Maverik, Inc. is seeking a supervisory Team Member for our stores. You will lead by example, oversee all Team Member duties, and ensure high standards of customer service.

We offer a 24/7 schedule with nights, weekends, and holidays, a starting pay of $18.50–$20.50 per hour plus growth opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, 401k with company match, life insurance, parental leave, and education reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ to apply.

• ServeSafe certification preferred or willing to obtain.
• 1 year+ supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example by fulfilling and overseeing all team tasks and duties.
• Assist with training, mentoring, and supervision of team members.
• Ensure safety by inspecting facilities and equipment.
• Complete general reporting and bookkeeping responsibilities.

Physical Requirements

• This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. The role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
