The Museum of Modern Art is currently accepting applications for an Assistant Store Manager of Sales and Operations who upholds MoMA’s standards and adheres to and applies Museum and Retail policies and procedures; keeps current on what’s happening at MoMA to support a positive visitor experience. Assists the Store Manager and fellow Assistant Store Managers with all aspects of running the Museum Store (Lobby), Museum Store on 2 and Museum Store on 6 including but not limited to opening and closing the store; ensuring proper safeguarding of MoMA’s staff, visitors, and assets; attending and contributing to retail management meetings, and, participating in store partnership initiatives. Exhibits and upholds the highest customer service standards which will play an integral role in achieving the stores sales and metric goals. Manages, develops, and trains all store staff and ensures a professional and positive presence on the sales floor by all staff and the delivery of a knowledgeable, thoughtful, and inspiring customer service experience.
The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $72,000 per annum.
