Job summary
SmartStop® Self Storage in Cypress, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (Store #4016) to oversee daily operations, leasing, and team supervision. The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, problem solving, and relationship building with tenants. Hours Mon–Fri 9:30 am to 6:00 pm; Sat 9:00 am - 4:00 pm; Sun 10:00 am - 2:00 pm.

Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Able to adapt to change and maintain a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Rent storage units.
- Prepare rental agreements.
- Handle monetary transactions and banking activities.
- Clean vacated units and perform general cleaning of the property.
- Promote and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers.
- Light maintenance.
- Maintain a working knowledge of all products and services.
- Maintain general curb appeal.
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License, and current auto insurance.
- The position requires a background check.
- Other duties as assigned by the Company.
