SmartStop Self Storage in Houston, TX is hiring an Assistant Store Manager (Store #6150). The role covers leasing storage and parking, supervising a team, assisting with maintenance, and ensuring excellent tenant relations.

Hours: Mon–Fri 9:30 am–6:00 pm, Sat 9:00 am–4:00 pm, Sun 10:00 am–2:00 pm. Starting at $16.50/hour plus bonus, you will handle rental agreements, transactions, and promote self-storage solutions while maintaining curb appeal.

Qualifications

• Rent storage units and prepare rental agreements.
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities.
• Assist with maintenance and supervise on-site projects.
• Maintain relationships with tenants and promote solutions.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid Driver’s License and auto insurance.
