Job summary

SmartStop Self Storage is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Store #2905 in Dallas, TX. The role involves leasing storage, supervising a team, and coordinating on-site tasks to ensure excellent customer service.

The position offers a starting wage of $16.50 per hour plus a monthly bonus plan, with daytime hours Mon–Fri and weekends as posted. You’ll handle rentals, transactions, and general property upkeep while promoting storage solutions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rental agreements

• Promote and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers
• Light maintenance
• Maintain a working knowledge of all products and services
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License, and current auto insurance
• The position requires a background check
