SmartStop Self Storage is hiring an Assistant Store Manager at Store #2703 in Pasadena, TX. The role covers leasing storage, supervising a team, assisting with maintenance, and maintaining tenant relations. Hours: Mon–Fri 9:30 am–6:00 pm; Sat 9:00 am–4:00 pm; Sun 10:00 am–2:00 pm.

Starting wage $16.50/hour plus bonus. You will prepare rental agreements, handle transactions, clean vacated units, promote storage solutions to customers, and perform light maintenance.
