Qualifications

• Lead and motivate a small on-site team to meet targets.
• Ability to upsell storage solutions and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rental agreements.
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities.
• Clean vacated units and perform general cleaning of the property.
• Promote and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers.
• Light maintenance tasks as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of all products and services offered.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver's License, and current auto insurance.
