Qualifications

• Experience in leasing storage units and handling money.
• Ability to manage a team and supervise on-site projects.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver's License and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rental agreements.
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities.
• Clean vacated units and perform general property cleaning.
• Promote and sell self-storage solutions to customers.
• Light maintenance.
• Maintain working knowledge of products and services.
• Background check is required.
• Other duties as assigned by the Company.
