Job summary

SmartStop® Self Storage in Naples, FL is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee leasing, customer service, and daily operations. This role involves supervising on-site tasks, supporting maintenance, and maintaining strong tenant relationships.

Hours are Mon–Fri 9:30am–6:00pm, Sat 9:00am–4:00pm, Sun 10:00am–2:00pm, with starting pay at $19.00/hour plus bonus. The ideal candidate will manage a team, ensure smooth store operations, handle transactions, and promote self-storage solutions

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License, and current auto insurance.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and adaptability to change.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rental agreements.
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities.
• Cleaning of vacated units and general property cleaning.
• Promotes and sells self-storage solutions to potential customers.
• Light maintenance.
• Maintain a working knowledge of all products and services.
• The position requires a background check.
• Other duties as assigned by the Company.

Assistant Store Manager (Store #4010 - Naples, FL) Job Summary - NO NIGHTS!

The right candidate pays attention to details, stays organized, and delights in finding great solutions to problems. This position is involved in all phases of the operation, including leasing storage and parking, managing a team, assisting with maintenance, supervising on-site projects, and maintaining good relationships with tenants.

Hours of Operation: Mon - Fri 9:30am to 6:00pm; Sat 9:00am - 4:00pm; Sun 10:00am - 2:00pm

Starting at $19.00/hour + Bonus
