SmartStop Self Storage in Naples, FL is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll oversee leasing, customer service, team supervision, and day-to-day operations with no nights.

You’ll lead renting, agreements, transactions, maintenance tasks, and ensure a positive tenant experience while promoting storage solutions. The role offers $19 per hour plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Assistant Store Manager (Store #4010 - Naples, FL)

Job Summary - NO NIGHTS!

The right candidate pays attention to details, stays organized, and delights in finding great solutions to problems. This position is involved in all phases of the operation, including leasing storage and parking, managing a team, assisting with maintenance, supervising on-site projects, and maintaining good relationships with tenants.

Hours of Operation:

Mon - Fri 9:30am to 6:00pm; Sat 9:00am - 4:00pm; Sun 10:00am - 2:00pm

Starting at $19.00/hour + Bonus
