Job Details
  • Base Pay: $17 - $19/hr, based on experience
  • Night Shift Premium: $1/hr
  • Full Time Nights
  • Weekday and Weekend availability required
Position Overview

If you have experience as a reset merchandiser and can work independently and in a team, this role might be suitable for you. Success is driven by teamwork and relationship building.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will lead projects such as resets and remodels, collaborate with the Store Manager to develop staff, and participate in training programs at other store locations. The training may include mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the "Manager on Duty" in the absence of or alongside the Store Manager.
  • Utilize external resources for support on projects.
  • Plan and schedule weekly work with the Store Manager.
  • Monitor project completion and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Understand and interpret project schematics and documents.
  • Demonstrate high-level merchandising and reset skills across all categories.
Additional Requirements
  • Reliable attendance; work cannot be performed remotely.
  • Travel may be required to other locations.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED; additional education is a plus.
  • 2-5 years in a service industry with supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Results-oriented, organized, and adaptable to change.
  • Proficient with technology, including personal devices.
  • Open availability, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and DMV check may be required depending on the position.
