Join to apply for the Assistant Store Manager - Nights role at Serv-U-Success.

Starting at $18.00/hr, up to $20.00/hr (based on experience). Full-Time, Night Shift: 9:00pm - 5:30am. Training Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm. Schedule: Sunday through Thursday. Must have planogram experience.

Do you have experience as a reset merchandiser? Are you able to work independently and in a team? If so, this role might be right for you. You will lead projects including resets and remodels, and work with the Store Manager to develop team members.

All new hires will participate in a training program at another store location, working side by side with a peer mentor. The training prepares you to become a successful Assistant Store Manager. Position may qualify for mileage reimbursement during training.

Responsibilities:

1. Travel to stores within a defined territory to perform duties.
2. Act as the "Manager on Duty" in the absence of or with the Store Manager, ensuring proper staffing and task prioritization.
3. Utilize outside resources when needed for projects or future planning.
4. Work with the Store Manager to schedule weekly work, ensuring timely project completion.
5. Monitor project results and verify customer satisfaction. Complete projects start to finish within the same shift.
6. Understand planograms, schematics, and related documents.
7. Demonstrate high-level merchandising and reset skills across store categories.

Additional Requirements:

• Reliable attendance; work cannot be performed remotely.
• Willingness to travel to different locations as needed.
• Follow all company policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook and Work Instructions.
• Perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED; additional education a plus.
• 2-5 years in a service industry, with some supervisory experience preferred.
• Results-oriented, organized, and adaptable to change.
• Proficient with technology, primarily personal devices (weekly phone stipend provided).
• Open availability, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Depending on the position, a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and DMV check may be required.
