Job summary

Pillow Talk Australia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Fountain Gate store. You will partner with the Store Manager to lead the team, drive sales, and manage store performance.

You’ll coach staff, review performance, and execute plans to maximise revenue while delivering a premium customer experience. The role requires retail management experience, a strong visual merchandising sense, and a commitment to brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial, customer-centric supervisory/Assistant Store Manager role
• Large format, high-volume retail experience
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to support the Store Manager in running the store and leading teams to achieve revenue targets
• Fashion or trend-oriented with strengths in visual display and stock optimisation
• Operational agility with inventory management capability
• Consultative selling experience with ability to train and coach in selling
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of implementing ideas to improve store trade
• Strong delegation skills to drive team productivity

Responsibilities

• Lead and partner with the Store Manager to drive store performance.
• Review store and team performance regularly and execute action plans.
• Coach team to communicate the brand story and engage customers and colleagues.
