Work closely with the Store Manager to enhance execution and accountability across all departments.

Competenze

• Minimum experience in retail, grocery, or warehouse operations.
• Leadership or supervisory support experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and coordinate teams.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.

• Support daily retail, grocery and warehouse operations across all departments.
• Assist in enforcing company policies, procedures and audit requirements.
• Monitor performance including sales, inventory and standards execution.
• Reinforce accountability with department managers.
• Support audit readiness and implement corrective actions from audits.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling and team coordination.
• Support inventory control, receiving, merchandising and operations processes.
