Christy Sports in Bozeman is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering outstanding guest experiences and achieving sales goals.

You will lead and coach a team, assist with inventory, displays, and training, and step in as acting manager when needed. A minimum of two years in supervision and retail experience is required, with a passion for snow sports guiding daily decisions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least one year of retail experience, preferably snow sports.
• Led teams for two+ years in supervisory roles.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Passion for snow sports and outdoor lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager to drive sales and guest experience.
• Assist with inventory and visual merchandising.
• Lead and coach a high-performing team with ongoing feedback.
• Manage staffing and scheduling within budget and company policies.
• Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and on-brand presentation.
