Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of retail management, experience in watch or jewelry retail preferred, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and flexibility to work weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years retail management experience.
• Experience in watch, jewelry, fashion or luxury retail preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed personal sales goals and develop knowledge of merchandise.
• Open and close store operations and manage daily activities.
• Meet financial objectives and coach staff to reach sales targets.
• Recruit, hire, train, and coach store personnel for peak performance.
• Ensure CRM data capture, inventory control, and loss prevention alignment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and sustain a professional store environment.
