Movado Group seeks an Assistant Store Manager at the Tanger Outlets in Deer Park, NY to support the Store Manager in operations, drive sales, and train staff. This role acts as Store Manager in their absence and emphasizes exceptional customer service, team leadership, and store excellence.

The ideal candidate has strong selling skills and at least 3 years of retail management experience; luxury watch/jewelry background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong selling skills with at least 3 years in retail management.
• Experience in watch/jewelry or luxury retail is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Organized and detail oriented; able to coach staff.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in all operations and drive sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service and training to staff.
• Open/close the store and manage CRM data, inventory, and security.
• Ensure store presentation and merchandise readiness.
