Movado Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Tanger Outlets in Deer Park, NY. The role supports the Store Manager in operations, drives sales, delivers exceptional customer service, and trains staff to perform at peak levels.

The ideal candidate has strong selling skills and at least 3 years of retail management experience, with preference for watch, jewelry, and luxury retail. Flexibility to work weekends and evenings is required; CRM, inventory, and loss prevention

Responsibilities

Achieve or exceed personal sales goals as established by the Store Manager and develop knowledge of the merchandise.
Open and close store.
Achieve financial objectives for the store.
Coach and train store personnel to help them achieve their personal sales goals.
Recruit, hire, train, and coach store employees to ensure peak performance.
Ensure CRM data capture, inventory, revenue, merchandising and loss prevention programs are implemented per policy.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure staff do the same.
Maintain a neat, clean, and professional working environment.
Monitor and maintain merchandise with accurate ticketing and proper display.
Service watches including sizing and battery changes as needed.
