Reiss Limited in Bloomingdale's on 59th Street in New York is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run the concession on a full-time basis. You will motivate the team, ensure sales and operational goals are met, and deliver a premium customer experience to every guest.

From a luxury retail background, you will lead by example, supervise staff, and drive KPI performance while coordinating opening and closing routines and maintaining the brand's standards across the store.

Qualifications

• Experience in premium or luxury retail.
• Experience supervising and guiding a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
• Support opening and closing of the Store.
