Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience in retail or service industries.
• Strong customer focus in fast-paced environments.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and strategy with forecasting, planning, and category initiatives.
• Deliver exceptional service and uphold Coach service standards.
• Lead, onboard, and coach team members; build a strong talent pipeline.
• Execute omni-channel initiatives including clienteling and virtual shopping.
• Ensure operational excellence: policies, scheduling, payroll, HR, loss prevention, visual merchandising.
• Collaborate with leadership to interpret market trends and share insights.
