Coach, a global luxury fashion brand, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Tampa to partner with the Store Manager to drive sales performance, operations, and team development on the sales floor.

You will lead by example, delivering exceptional customer experiences and upholding Coach's service standards while collaborating with district and corporate teams to shape store strategy and cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail or service industries, luxury background preferred.
• Strong customer focus and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills essential.
• Experience in omni-channel services and clienteling strategies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales & Strategy: Support Store Manager in forecasting, planning, and category initiatives; monitor KPIs and adjust strategies.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: Create an inclusive, high-energy environment meeting Coach standards; resolve issues promptly.
• Lead & Develop Talent: Recruit, onboard, and coach team members; build a strong talent pipeline.
• Execute Omni-Channel & Digital Engagement: Support virtual shopping, clienteling, and data capture; leverage social trends.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: Oversee policies, scheduling, payroll, HR processes, and store safety.
• Collaborate & Communicate: Share insights with district and corporate teams to drive cross-functional projects.
