Bloomingdale's in Daly City is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in driving daily operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will lead sales performance, service, and associate engagement while ensuring operational excellence.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of leadership in retail, with the ability to plan, execute, and adapt to a dynamic environment. A flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years of experience in retail management or store leadership.
• Strong communication skills with all levels of staff and partners.
• Ability to plan and execute strategies to achieve store goals.
• Ability to monitor workflow and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Drive store performance metrics to plan: EBIT, sales, NPS, expense rate, and conversion.
• Model and reinforce operating principles with the team and culture.
• Promote use of selling technology to enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborate with partners to localize and optimize operations and sales.
• Lead store execution from receipt to selling, markdowns, and logistics.
• Foster a diverse, inclusive team and provide consistent feedback.
