Coach, a global fashion house, seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Asheville to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will partner with the Store Manager to lead a high-energy team, execute brand standards, and manage omni-channel initiatives on the sales floor and in-store operations.

The role requires 1+ year of leadership in retail, a customer-first mindset, excellent communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and retail systems.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership in retail or service industries.
• Strong customer focus and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with retail systems; knowledge of omni-channel services.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong English language proficiency.
