Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience in a sales-driven environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and leadership in the Store Manager's absence.
