Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee a single store, drive performance, and mentor associates. You will participate in a multi-week store leadership training program and work toward delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
• ADA: able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single Panda store and help hire, manage, and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience standards.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain store standards through hands-on leadership training.
