Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, train and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in store leadership training program (3+ weeks).
