A multi-week leadership training program will prepare you for success in this role. You’ll manage open/close shifts, flexibility in scheduling, and uphold food safety standards with Serve Safe certification, in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store by hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
