Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with daily operations, staff supervision, production, sales, and store maintenance.
• Implement strategies to meet production and sales goals.
• Maintain safety, security, cleanliness, and budgeted expenses.
• Provide customer development plans and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Handle banking and record-keeping procedures; support personnel reviews and actions.
• Participate in training and coaching from store leadership.
