Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including staff supervision and sales.
• Support budgeting, banking, and record-keeping procedures.
• Train and supervise staff; ensure safety and store appearance.
• Develop customer retention plans and a positive shopping experience.
• Coordinate with leadership for coaching and performance reviews.
