Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the sales floor with energy and solutions in every customer interaction.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and share product knowledge.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and closing the loop with customers.
• Manage daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage.
• Ensure safety, loss prevention, and SOP compliance to protect customers and product.
