Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to influence and provide feedback and mentorship to others.
• Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results and managing expenses.
• Oversee merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving.
• Mentor and develop Associates, fostering a supportive environment for staff and customers.
• Implement action plans for projects, targets, and store changes; support succession planning.
