You will lead store operations, merchandising, training and development, and loss prevention while driving sales, controlling expenses, and ensuring exceptional service for our shoppers across TJ Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, and Sierra locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to influence and mentor others.
• Proficiency in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving.
