• Recruit, hire, and onboard new talent, building a diverse and inclusive team that embodies Sephora’s values and service standard.
• Deliver ongoing learning through real-time coaching, feedback, and support to maximize associates’ potential.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide actionable feedback and mentorship for career progression.
