Sephora Cedar Park is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to be the heartbeat of the store, leading operations, coaching the team, and elevating the client experience. You’ll collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales, ensure excellence in service, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a base salary in the 66k–81k range and bonus eligibility. Join a diverse, inclusive team and help customers feel seen and valued daily.

• Assistant store management experience in fast-paced retail environments.
• Strong leadership, communication and coaching abilities at team levels.
• Proven ability to drive client experience, sales and store growth.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Operations & Client Experience; collaborate with Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and profitable performance.
• Inspire and empower teams; coach, develop and coach performance to meet goals.
• Recruit, hire and onboard new talent; build diverse, inclusive teams aligned with brand values.
• Deliver continuous learning and real-time feedback to maximize associates’ potential.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide mentorship to support career progression and engagement.
• Elevate client satisfaction by delivering outstanding service and personalized experiences.
• Maintain Sephora standards and a visually appealing, compliant store environment.
• Optimize inventory and staffing to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic retail landscape.
