Sephora is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to be the heartbeat of the CA-Jess Ranch Marketplace store. You’ll lead operations, elevate client experiences, coach the team, and drive sales in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

You bring proven retail leadership, the ability to recruit and develop talent, and a client-centric mindset. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a base salary of $73k–$79k and eligibility for bonuses.

• Deliver ongoing coaching and actionable feedback for associates’ growth.
• Drive customer satisfaction and engagement through loyalty programs and services.
• Uphold store standards and brand guidelines; ensure a visually inspiring environment.
• Optimize inventory and staffing to adapt to priorities in a dynamic retail landscape.
