Sephora seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Sugar Land, TX to lead the store heartbeat—driving client experiences, coaching teams, and elevating sales and operations. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment, recruit talent, and foster a culture of learning and accountability.

The role requires on-site work at 16535 Southwest Freeway and availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
