Citi Trends is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, lead a team, and assist with hiring and onboarding. You will drive sales performance, maintain operational excellence, and develop store associates to deliver exceptional customer service.

You will partner with the Store Manager to ensure merchandising standards, staff coverage, and compliance with company policies while fostering a safe, welcoming shopping environment for customers in Conway, Arkansas.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organizational, and people leadership skills.
• Experience leading a retail team and driving store performance is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and sales performance.
• Lead and coach store associates, including onboarding and training.
• Assist with hiring, staffing, and team development.
• Ensure customer experience and loss prevention standards are met.
• Coordinate with Store Manager on merchandising and staffing needs.
• Perform additional duties to support store operations.
