Byrne Dairy & Deli in Utica, NY is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee the complete operation of a single Byrne Dairy & Deli store, support training and development of employees, and assist in food service and ice cream areas.

The role requires a High School Diploma, at least 1 year of supervisory experience and 1 year of retail experience, plus the ability to work 45 hours per week including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience.
• Minimum 1 year retail experience.
• Ability to follow a given rule or set of rules.
• Must be highly motivated and able to manage responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
• Ensure product freshness, safety, refrigeration and sanitation standards.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Oversee delivery and inventory, report discrepancies to control costs.
• Supervise and train employees, assign duties and monitor cleanliness.
