Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; provide effective feedback and mentorship.
• Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales, managing expenses, and overseeing merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving, with a focus on shrink reduction.
• Recruit and develop Associates; mentor and model positive environment for Associates and customers.
• Lead communication and execution of projects, targets, and company initiatives; contribute to succession planning.
• Implement strategies to hit sales, expense, and customer service targets; coordinate loss prevention and operational programs; improve store layout and efficiency.
