Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing operations (merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, receiving).
• Recruit, train, and mentor Associates to deliver a positive customer experience.
• Implement action plans for projects and store changes; contribute to succession planning.
