Qualifications

• Experience in retail environment, preferably footwear and athletic apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling assets and executing action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Act in Store Manager's absence and oversee store operations.
• Assist in personnel recruiting, training, and evaluation.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Ensure excellent customer service and merchandise promotion per manuals.
• Maintain inventory awareness, sales statistics, and expense control to support profitability.
• Lead staff to meet department standards and report inventory movement and trends to management.
