Kay Jewelers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales, service standards and store operations. You’ll lead by example, coach team members, and help achieve daily and monthly targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, plus basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily sales and standards to reach projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
• Recruiting and selection of team members.
• Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures and perform other duties.
