Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment, preferably footwear and athletic apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to assist in managing a team and keep up with overall goals and profits.
• Self-starter with initiative and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling assets and store operations.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to plan selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Step in for Store Manager during absence and carry responsibilities.
• Support in recruitment, training, and evaluation of staff.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities are completed.
• Maintain high-quality customer service and assist customers during peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the store.
