The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will foster exceptional customer experiences, mentor staff, and ensure sales targets are met through strategic merchandising and engagement. You will manage scheduling, budgets, and store presentation while collaborating with regional leadership to execute promotions and local marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role with sales targets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with ability to deliver outstanding service.
• Proficient with retail management software and basic computer applications.
• Must be available weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop a motivated team.
