Stonebriar Auto Services, a Jiffy Lube franchise, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead our location. You will provide hands-on leadership, training, safety guidance, and motivation to store teammates to meet operational objectives and guest service goals while maintaining an energetic, fun environment.

Previous vehicle maintenance supervision is preferred, but we will train the right candidate. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising vehicle maintenance teams is preferred.
• Stable work history in a physical environment is required for consideration.
• Valid driver's license is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates.
• Ensure operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service meet goals.
• Step in to perform functions of other store team members as needed due to business needs or absences.
