Stonebriar Auto Services is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a Jiffy Lube location. You will provide hands-on leadership, training, and guidance to store teammates while supporting operational objectives and customer service goals.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising in service/retail environment preferred.
• A current and valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership and direction to store teammates.
• Ensure store objectives, financial performance and guest service meet company goals.
• Lead training, safety guidance and motivate staff to maintain an energetic environment.
• Perform the functions of other store team members (Lube Techs/Certified Technicians) as needed.
