• Previous vehicle maintenance experience is strongly preferred.

• Provide hands-on leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation and direction to store teammates to achieve store objectives and guest service goals.
• Perform duties of other store roles as needed due to business needs or team absences and maintain an energetic, fun working environment.
