Stonebriar Auto Services seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive performance, and maintain a safe, energetic workplace. You will train staff, enforce safety protocols, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest service at our Jiffy Lube location.

Ideal candidates bring supervisory experience, a stable work history in a physical setting, and a valid driver's license; vehicle maintenance background is a plus.

Qualificações

• Experience leading store teams and achieving objectives.
• Stable work history in a physical environment with supervisory duties.
• Current and valid driver’s license is required.
• Vehicle maintenance experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on leadership, training, safety guidance, and direction to store teammates.
• Ensure store objectives, financial performance, and guest service goals are met.
• Perform duties of other team members (Lube Techs, Mechanics) as needed.
