Invicta Stores is seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager for our San Marcos, TX location. You will lead a team of sales associates, coach staff, and ensure smooth daily operations, including checkout, returns, and inventory control, while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, customer service excellence, and adherence to safety and security standards; a flexible schedule is expected to cover mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior supervisory retail experience preferred.
• Experience with POS registers and cash handling.
• Experience handling alarm activation and bank deposits.
• Ability to lead and coach a sales team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Inventory counting and opening/closing activities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of sales associates and seasonal staff.
• Delegate tasks and ensure safety and security guidelines are followed.
• Educate customers about Invicta products and benefits.
• Increase store sell-through and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming environment and neat merchandise presentation.
• Restock floors and manage inventory control with team.
• Assist customers at checkout and with returns/transactions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
