Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Experience operating a POS system and in-store computer systems.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to store staff, including supervisors and associates.
• Execute plans to enhance employee productivity and performance.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching staff as necessary.
• Provide coaching on a day-to-day basis to ensure performance standards are met.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels through effective replenishment and communication.
• Support development and implementation of action plans to address sales, safety, and training goals.
